The walkout lower level extends the livability of the home with 800 sq ft beautifully finished offering flexible additional space well suited to family use, guests, recreation, or a separate suite. The additional unfinished areas include a walkout to the attached garage, plus a cold storage/ Cave a Vin and storage/utilities space.
